3.) Noah's River Adventures - Every year people come to Oregon for just one reason: the whitewater rafting is as good as it gets. They offer several trips on the Rogue River, depending on what kind of adventure you are looking for. Their Scenic Float Trip is perfect if you are new to whitewater rafting, or if you are just looking for a peaceful day on the river. If you want something a little more exciting, their Intro to Whitewater is perfect. It starts off with mellow Class I rapids but finishes with an exciting Class IV section.
Oregon fishing is some of the best in the world. The Rogue River in particular is known for its great variety of fishing opportunities, from multi-day wilderness trips to Chinook Salmon runs. Their wilderness fishing trips along the Rogue River are 3-4 day adventures where you can catch salmon, steelhead and sturgeon. They spend several days floating this pristine, uncrowded stretch of river in drift boats, and spend each night at a cozy lodge, complete with all-you-can-eat family style meals.
If you are looking to travel further afield, they even have some friends in Alaska that offer a trip you’ll never forget. And don’t miss their Oregon fishing report to find out what the conditions are like on our rivers right now.
